You must be at least 18 years old to use Amplitrain. Otherwise, there isn’t an age limit unless your doctor advises you otherwise.
Q5: How Often Can I Train with Amplitrain?
Up to 2-3 times a week. Your body and your muscles need to regenerate after every workout with Amplitrain.
Q6: What Are the Side Effects?
There aren’t any! Although you may the tingling sensation in your muscles a little strange when you first start using Amplitrain, the equipment is no more dangerous than any other type of training. Please note that any physical exercise or use of equipment has the potential for possible injury.
Q7: What is to be Expected during the Workout?
Firstly, you put on the EMS suit (which is similar to a triathlon suit) before being wired to the appliance, which only takes about 1 to 2 minutes. You can then start training straight away. Please be aware that there will be a strange tingling sensation, especially the first time you use the Amplitrain equipment.
Q8: What is to be Expected after the Workout?
The Amplitrain current - the modulated medium frequency - sends current through all tissues (and skin, muscle, and fat) and activates the respective cells. That means that the current puts the cells in a state similar to their state just before cell division. The cells are full of ‘life’. Due to this, the nutrients can be better absorbed by the cells, but the waste products are also removed more quickly. After your workout, this will become apparent. Some feel a significant tingling in the tissue. Even after your first session, you will feel the effect this particular type of training has on your muscles.
